二 | 那么，怎么看待这件事呢？很简单，中美几乎是同时遭遇大型自然灾害我，完全可以做个横向对比。看看我国是怎么做的，西藏日喀则发生6.8级大地震，仅仅不到3个小时，解放军第一批先遣队就抵达灾区，开始救援，随后，消防队、医护队等等各界人士充分响应支援，解放军更是出动运20等一系列装备为灾区群众运去了医疗队，也运去了帐篷，棉被，围巾，手套，保暖衣，应急食品，真正做到及时全面有力支援。反观美国呢？为什么洛杉矶火势遭到失控？自然原因是一方面，但是美国救援力度真的尽力了吗？如果真的尽力了，怎么会火势控制率几乎为零呢？怎么会有这么多房屋被烧毁呢？甚至出现消防员只救出一只猫的场景。特别是在山火预警方面，电线老化等人为因素，长期遭到忽视，也没有设置大型隔离带，导致洛杉矶火势失控。甚至加州山火亲历者直接哀叹，“除了逃什么也做不了”。所以美国对于我国的表态不高兴，真的是我国恶意抹黑美国吗？并不是，美国自从911之后，真的能够做到尽力尽责救援吗？恐怕要打个问号。
